We want you to love every outfit from Klavvi. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

What Can Be Returned?

You can return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item should be unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

What Cannot Be Returned?

Sale or discounted items, customized or altered pieces, and items without tags or in used condition cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem! Just request an exchange and we’ll guide you through the process. Reverse pickup is available in select locations, or you can self-ship to us.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued as store credit or to your original payment method (prepaid orders only). Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect.
